I agree- it all appears to be a shameless scam.
I have been promised the return of my funds ( not a huge amount but essential for me) for over 2 months now- a simple enough transaction, with numerous phone calls and many promises that it is ‘pending’.
The T & C on the website clearly states withdrawal ‘within 7 working days’
Is there any legal recourse to getting your money back?
Should all ‘disgruntled’ ‘stressed’ and ‘cash deficient’ clients get together?

There have been cases if ripped off clients getting at least a portion of their account funds, or at least the initial deposit. Unfortunately, as far as I know, this has only happened when a large depositor has hired legal help and very aggressively pursued the offenders. In these cases all the former clients benefited to some degree, but it took the wealthy depositors taking aggressive action to make that happen.

I would be interested if you could link me/show me these bad client reviews. The experiences of other real traders with accounts at brokers we have reviewed or listed is critical in our decisions regarding broker listings and rankings. We are well aware that just because we had a positive experience at a broker…that doesn’t mean everyone else has had the same positive experience.
With that said, we have not yet received a single complaint regarding the BinaryMate service, or with having withdrawal problems. Well, not legitimate ones anyway. You can ALWAYS find illegitimate complaints about ANY broker from clueless people who are simply angry at themselves for being stupid, yet need someone else to blame for their own mistakes (we all know these kind of folks). This is usually in the form of people who accepted large deposit or other bonuses without so much as bothering to glance at the requirements/restrictions that go along with those bonuses. Or, it’s people who deposited the minimum amount, and then proceed to lose it all in a matter of hours by foolishly placing bets that are MUCH to large for their small account balances. A surefire way to bust your account in record time. In fact, you should try to never place a trade with more than 5% of your account balance. You can make exceptions, but this should be your general guideline.
To get back on point though, no, we have yet to have so much as a delayed withdrawal process (though we know of a few instances where a client’s withdrawal request took as long as days, and even a couple weeks in one rare case. However, these were all complicated situation involving bonus offers or large account holders who had made large profits. When you’re trying to withdrawal $100,000 you can expect it to take longer than when you are trying to withdraw a few hundred dollars. This isn’t really a surprise and nor is it really an issue at that level. We’ve had our own personal trading account there ever since we finished our 30-day binarymate review period and closed out that account to test their withdrawal processing. So that’s been almost 3-months. If you include the withdraw we made from our review account then we have made a total of 4 withdrawal requests, with one of them cancelled because a REALLY good trade came up and I didn’t want to miss out on it (and I did win the trade so it was worth it). Of the 3 withdrawal requests we went through with, all were processed in a reasonable time, but there was some variance. In two cases it took just a matter of one business day, in the last case it ended up taking several days but since several days is the industry norm, it was certainly no big deal.
Again though, we would be very interested to see/read accounts from other current or former binarymate clients who have complaints. Thanks for your contact, I hope we were at least somewhat helpful.
      Good luck to you!
      Regards,
      Curtis (BinaryBoss)

The withdrawala simply haven’t happened- repeated requests, emails phone calls- steer well clear of these guys. They are not registered in the UK, therefore no recourse or control.

Among the 5 Binary Options Broker accepting US clients, is there any one of them using MT4 platform?

    • BinaryBoss 03/08/2017 / 4:44 PM

Unfortunately, no. There is not a single broker left (To my knowledge. I’d love to find out otherwise but am pretty sure no such broker is out there) still serving the US market that uses MT4 charting technology. MarketsWorld and BinaryMate have the best you’re going to find, outside of maybe NADEX. I prefer BinaryMate and that is where my main trading account currently is but MarketsWorld has more assets to trade on and very low minimum deposit and trade size. Both have their strengths and weaknesses and which one to go with largely comes down to a matter of preferences. Both are solid brokers in our experience.
Good luck to you whatever you do!
      Regards,
      BinaryBoss
